How do I redeem printable discounts? |
| |

Print
the coupon and present it at the point of sale to receive your
discount. Most coupons expire in 14 days, with the exception of many
hotel and travel discounts, so be sure to use your coupon by the
expiration date printed on it. See Printable Coupon Rules of Use for more information. |

Online
discounts can be redeemed by clicking through to the online merchant's
web site from the Entertainment® Online page that provides details of the
discount. Please note that some retailers require that you enter a
promotion code to receive your discount. This promotion code will be
provided on the same page that displays the discount details. |

Will I always have access to the same discounts? |

New
discounts are added throughout the year, so check the back often for
discounts at your favorite local establishments. Periodically, a
discount that's available on Entertainment® Online will be discontinued.
This could be due to one of the following: the discount was available
for a brief time for a special event; business closure; or change in
business ownership. |

What should I do if a merchant did not honor/recognize my coupon? |
| |

In
some rare instances (e.g., a business/franchise closing, a merchant
decision to opt out of the program, or an unforeseen change in the
merchant's establishment, etc.), a merchant may refuse to honor your
discount.
If the merchant is listed on Entertainment® Online and did not honor your discount, please contact our Customer Service team to alert them. When submitting your request, please provide the name and location of the merchant. |

What should I do if a hotel did not honor my coupon? |
| |

In
some rare instances, the hotel may no longer honor the Entertainment
discount. For the most up-to-date list of hotels honoring Entertainment
discounts, please visit the hotel section at www.entertainment.com.
If a hotel that is listed on Entertainment® Online did not honor your discount, please contact our Customer Service team
to alert them. When submitting your request, please provide the name
and location of the hotel, as well as the dates of your stay. |
